1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide. Since the brand keeps growing we move to different warehouses in distributed locations so we can accomodate worldwide shipping.

2. What are the shipping times?

We expect your delivery to be on time. However, due to Covid-19 shipping can be delayed. Please allow for 10 to 25 Business days in the U.S for delivery.

International shipping can take a bit longer than expected due to the locations.

3. When will my order be shipped?

We fulfill orders and ship them 1-2 business days after the payment.

4. My order has not arrived yet.

If you feel your order is taking too long please send us an email to mary@keepbrilliant.com. We can update you and provide further information regarding your order.

5. How secure is my payment?

We use Paypal checkouts since it is one of the safest payment gateways available today. You are protected by PayPal against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.

6. How do I change or cancel my order?

We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Sending us a message immediately after purchase we can attempt to make a change. 

7. Why did my order arrive in two different packages/days?

Our warehouses are located in different locations to keep shipping times to a minimum. Due to this some products may arrive before the other. Be assured your package will be delivered within a few days. 

8. My order arrived but it is damaged.

Please reach out to us immediately and we can send a replacement.
